⚡ URJA Science Fest – Step by Step School, Noida

On Tuesday, 12th August, Battery Bin participated in the URJA Science Fest in collaboration with the school's Environment Club. We set up our own stall to raise awareness about battery recycling and safe disposal.

🎯 Activities & Highlights

Interactive game on common battery misconceptions — participants scoring above a threshold won chocolates.
Distributed awareness posters and engaged students in discussions about Battery Bin and battery safety.
Demonstrated a small machine that could measure remaining battery charge (full, half-full, empty).
Launched on-campus battery collection — 22 batteries collected on the event day.
Key interaction: The Head of the Science Department, Dr. Pratibha Menon, visited our stall.
Major contributions by Yashas – led the event, designed the game, organized and set up the stall, and managed all activities.
